A port of Grafx2 v2.3 to Android has been freely released by Pelya ! It's available on all "market" sites like this one, and the sources are on Github.
It's impressive, but please note that fingers are much less precise than a stylus or mouse :)
Tested on my ASUS Transformer tablet TF101 with my keyboard+mouse docking attached. It seems there is not support for physical mouse and keyboard. It will be a good idea to add mouse and keyboard support on android version to gain precision and make use of tablets keybord docking like mine.
